Recovering from my first sciatica flare up, I've found the Over Did It cream helps dull the pain from intense leg cramps and muscle spasms. Using it twice a day and plan to continue for the next several weeks to get the benefit of the capsicum and other herbs. It's also a lovely texture and absorbs very well.
Tried it on a foot cramp that felt like a charley horse! Very painful. The cramp cream provided almost instant relief. And, as an added bonus it’s helpfed with some dry, painful skin.
Over did it cramp cream is the best remedy I’ve come across for night time muscle cramps. Once the cramping starts I reach for this cream -rub it in & the cramping I get stops ! It smells nice & does the trick. Thanks for this product.
